Following the BIG I DO, drinks and canapes will be held at the Fountain Courtyard. Fingask Castle provides its own bar with a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Don't worry, all drinks are affordably priced so you won't break the bank. Card payments are accepted but please bring some cash with you, just in case the internet is not working. * A rule at Fingask Castle is that no outside drinks should be brought on the wedding day. Please enjoy those drinks at your accommodation. Dress code: Smart Casual We want our guests feel comfortable on our wedding day. So you can skip the full black tie unless you prefer to. The celebration will be mainly held outdoors unless there is torrential rain; a backup is provided indoors. We recommend to wear or bring an extra pair of comfortable shoes that are suitable for uneven paths, grass and lots of Ceilidh dancing! As we are in Bonnie Scotland, expect to have 4-seaons all at once. Make sure you have the appropriate clothing and layers with you. Evening During the evening we have planned a few party games for old and young where you can win a small token from us. Please bring enough £1 coins if you want to participate. Ceilidh Dancing For the ones who are not familiar with this traditional high energy folk dance, don't worry, you will be in good hands. All steps will be explained by the caller of the band. Gifts We truly appreciate everyone travelling from great distances so we don't expect you to bring big gifts. The greatest gift is your presence where we can reconnect and share unforgettable memories. If you do wish to bring something, a small contribution to our Honeymoon would be much appreciated. A letterbox will be available inside the marquee.
